What do other people think?
Here is some feedback from my colleagues
I have the courage to put myself out there, and say what I think and believe.
I am not afraid to take a little space. With firm analytical abilities, I tend to understand complex relationships very quickly. For instance, in meetings and discussions, I might sound really out there in the Wild, but then I can connect the dots so other people can relate to the idea and move forward quickly.
I am great at gathering and visualizing information and context. I am innovative and technology-savvy.
I give the impression to be interested and have the feeling for user-centered product development I see solutions instead of obstacles
Writing reports and technical papers seems more vivid and colorful than from other peers (that’s because I feel writing is a delicate dance), probably in contrast with other people whose writing is boring.
I take my tasks seriously and I am dedicated to delivering them.
If you see me get frustrated - it is me just getting momentum.
You might need to remind me every now and then to keep my eyes on this ball, because the customer asked for it; not that ball - expected with people like me, who are living in a giant sea of ideas and possibilities, where every thread could lead somewhere prosperous.
Don’t worry, just let me kindly know that YOU think I’m off track. And it may ripple.
