Confused or Frustrated?

Well... I guess, a little bit of both... Feeling confused and frustrated…

It feel like I'm stuck, and not by being inactive, unable or disabled.

What’s wrong with this picture?

Society and companies around me, local as international, do not seem to be able to utilize this "human resource" or "profile" - either employ or hire as a freelancer consultant like this one.

Now, I wanted an objective answer to that question, since people in my own circle are, pretty much confused, like myself...

[I asked an internet bot what how this candidate can learn to maximize the chance to get a job]

And here is what I have got for an answer:

“Given the given background, you are extremely strong technically, with deep experience in system engineering, mechatronics, driveline, calibration, ADAS, UX and project management. You have both hands-on and theoretical competence, plus international experience and language skills. You are already basically a “dream profile” for many technical roles in automotive, construction equipment, cars, or embedded systems.

To maximize the chance of getting a job, one can think of three levels: market skills, positioning and soft skills.”

Then the internet bot elaborated on each specific item where this profile could be further "polished" or excel - market skills, positioning and soft skills.

The suggestions were all logical, plausible, and there were a couple of items to fill up on.

Though... Not very much to complete, even if this "Profile” is eager to succeed and committed to continuous learning, do something in the direction of self fulfillment from dusk til dawn.

So why, oh why, must I freeze my activities as a company owner, and only look for employment, but not freelance jobs?

What can I do to make businesses/companies/employers get their head out of the valley where the sun never shines and let this guy work and contribute from his vast experience, personality, knowledge and skills?

What, do you need me as a programmer? Tester? calibration engineer? System designer/engineer? Hands-on, service or resident engineer?

Fine, let’s go.

Whatever I still don't know, or don't master yet, I can learn, and I tend to be rather quick about it, and stay on it as long as needed, at least as long as my assignment doesn't change too dramatically (which tends to happen fairly often - managers change, organizations change, everything is tends to be in continuous flux, which is usually a good thing... I tend to like change, just wish to know what changes entail).

And if it isn’t good enough, here is some "more cream on the cake" as en extra bonus:

Work and Employment agency of Sweden (or, rather, a Policing and Slave Master Agency for the unemployed) would give you up to 20000 SEK/month for a year to repay the employer fees for you the next year, if only you do the not-so-crazy untold thing and employ me.

So, in similar words as the internet bot would choose, probably:

Would you like me to whip this cream for you?

Just say the word.
